Inexspensive Air Sickness Cure

Have you ever had the the experience of taking a trip or cruise and having it ruined by feeling sick to your stomach because of motion sickness? the following simple recipe without resorting to prescriptions or other chemicals. Following a few simple steps.

  1. In the produce section of you local market buy the smallest piece of ginger
  2. Wash well.
  3. Slice in tissue paper thin pieces.
  4. Place all pieces in a zip lock bag and close tightly.
  5. To Use: Take one piece, no bigger than 1" x 1" and chew up and swallow.
  6. Don't chew more than 1 piece per hour.
